Halikiada beach

Halikiada beach is like a hidden treasure: it needs effort to discover but then it compensates you! Halikiada beach is a beautiful, secluded bay accessible only through a rough path that adds a degree of difficulty when ascending and descending.

The waters in Halikiada are always looking crystal clear, shallow for a few meters and then deep.

Nature lovers and nudists prefer Halikiada, both because of its rare beauty and because it is not easily accessible to many people. In the middle of summer, however, during July and August, even Halikiada is quite crowded.

You can reach Halikiada exclusively on foot, following the coastal road from Skala towards the southeast, passing Skliri beach after 200m and reaching your destination through a narrow path (approximately 500m).

Bonus Tip 1: Snorkeling is highly recommended!

Bonus Tip 2: Make sure you take some water, your sunscreen, a hat etc with you as Halikiada beach is not organized and offers no shade. Fortunately, Skala village is close!
